
Jessica grew up in Glendale, Arizona, but received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona. She remained in Tucson and graduated from U of A’s James E. Rogers College of Law with her Family and Juvenile Law Certificate. As an adopted child herself, and with two adopted siblings, Jessica’s knowledge and personal experiences offer a unique perspective in adoption law.
