The initiative targets the first phase of in-scope businesses, which must comply by January 1, 2027. Daribatech is listed by the UAE Ministry of Finance as an Accredited Service Provider for the eInvoicing framework.

The UAE’s eInvoicing framework represents a major shift in how businesses issue, exchange, and report invoice data, requiring a robust approach to implementation.
Organisations must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 if they have annual revenues of AED 50 million or more. The mandatory go-live date for these businesses is 1 January 2027. Gateley Middle East and Daribatech will assist with testing, validation, and maintaining ongoing compliance.
